The car wash is pretty good. Membership is worth the value.There can be a major issue with traffic when the line into the wash is long. It can back up onto Hugh Allan snarling the intersection at Pacific Way. There needs to be a better system to prevent the lineup from impacting road traffic.They’ve been closed a lot lately, presumably due to the cold weather. It would be nice if they put updates on their website or maybe a Facebook page regarding weather related closure so that you don’t make a trip there to find out they are closed due to weather. I have gone once when they were closed due to mechanical issues and they provided a voucher for a premium wash which is great customer service.However, when you have a voucher, you have to honk your horn to bring the attendant over to input a code, you can’t do it yourself. This slows the line and I’m sure is frustrating for the attendants.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Ease of use is great as it's completely automated. The basic bronze wash gave me exactly what it offered. Truck came out clean and dry within moments.

Been using this auto wash ever since I moved to Kamloops for the year. Peter and Parker at the office were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me choose a membership option (recommended due to the value and level of cleaning you get with the Platinum option). Go here all the time, super convenient and always get a good wash. Went for a car wash a few days ago and didn’t see the sign about snow build up on vehicles being an issue. The blond woman who was working on spraying down the vehicles was kind enough to scrape/shovel all the snow away and let me through.

Probably hands down the best vehicle car wash I've ever been to. Great service attendance know their machines very well. I was worried that the mud and grime that was on my vehicle wasn't going to come off in one wash so I asked if I should buy it smaller Jeep wash to knock it off there's a note don't worry about it it should come out clean good and if it doesn't we'll put you through at the same wash again for free. It was absolutely spotless in one wash

Great wash for the price! Extremely fast and efficient process. It was less than five minutes from the time I entered the parking lot to finishing up the premium wash.Vehicle mirrors certainly need to be in but that should go without saying. The drying portion was awesome and removed all the excess water and there was no hard water left to bead/dry. I immediately brought my F-150 back which I couldn’t get clean enough at another wand wash, and was happy with that as well.

UPDATE:Decided to give it another try and had much better results. Car looks great now. Back of car was cleaner than before and the wax seemed to work well.OLD:Gets vehicle clean-ish. I've tried the low end option and the highest end option and they both seem to do the same level of clean to the vehicle. There are usually still spots left needing a wipe down regardless. Make sure that you are ok with them touching your mirrors to fold them in and adding masking tape to anything that "looks like it might be loose". They do have a re-wash if not clean policy but I shouldn't have to go through more than once to get my car clean. Still good for a quick cheap spray down if you aren't worried about your paint (and a fun experience for the kids).
