We came here for the first time in our pickup truck. I found the staff working here seemed friendly unlike other car wash locations I've been to. I really appreciate their re-wash policy which they did honor without any hesitation. The power sprayed the problem area and sent us through for a second wash at no charge to us. I will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you!

Who says you can't have good fast and reasonable price? The staff are sooooo friendly and helpful that you'd think they used to do this by hand and are thankful for the machine. Have been coming here ever since they opened and bought a membership to get about 10% off. Thankful for this place. If you have a full size SUV you know what I'm talking about!

First time for me in a "drive through" car wash. I went there yesterday evening and was greeted by a very kind person who helped me to select the program I chose from the machine. Then he and another person guided me toward the wash machine itself and let me know exactly how to position the car, all with a smile and a very positive attitude. Everything went fine, my car was cleaned and all but this afternoon I decided to go back to make a very specific question. Another gentle person greeted me, answered my question in a very clear way and also accompanied me to visually see what he was stating.Summarising I'd say that my 5 stars are not only for the "washing" part but also to the expertise and the attitude to all the people who work there.

Great service!! Perfect for SUVs and cars. Trucks might be too tight.New equipment and has car stalls for detailing. This is what I always look for in a car wash. This might be my new go to!

I've been visiting since this place since it opened and I couldn't be happier we finally have a good car wash in the area. My car has always come out clean and the prices are on par with other similar car washes. Plus it means not having to travel to East Van or South Burnaby now for a reliable wash.

First time there and the experience was pleasant and smooth. Car attendant Eli was friendly, offered all kinds of assistance, and guided me through the process at this location. Thank you for the gift as well. Location was spacious, clean, nicely lit up, and even had stalls to park. Would of loved to purchase those package deals going on but will definitely be a repeat customer seeing I don’t live to far from here and work in the area. Thanks again everyone car looks great 👍

My first experience with Express Auto Wash was fabulous 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 At first, I was very skeptical about taking my car to these automated car wash places since I love detailing my own car. The result left me with shock because I was extremely impressed with how clean the car turned out. I was first greeted by a friendly staff who gave me a welcome gift pack with very thoughtful gifts such as a bottle of hand sanitizer, a air refreshener, a microfiber cloth and a wet wipe to wipe my dashboard. The friendly staff who knew it was my first time also explained thoroughly on each options I get to choose from. Overall, I had a terrific experience and definitely would come back and recommend anyone to come here for a wash ! 😃

Awesome Carwash ! What a great spot! It is in a convenient location and yet the entrance is not on a busy street making it easier to enter. Friendly staff guide you through the car wash process. My truck is tall and wide but I had no problem entering or driving through. I found new go-to car wash, I highly recommend.

Saw this place opened recently and I had to get my car washed because it was pretty dirty so we went in for our first time. Right when we got to the self-serve machine, we were greeted by one of the friendly staff members and got a very nice goodie bag!The car wash did a really good job cleaning the car. Very happy with service provided. Would highly recommend!

Best machine wash ever. Washed all the tricky parts often missed at even some hand wash places. Little details include tire dressing, ceramic coating option and small bag of useful items including towel wipe, dash wipe, hand sanitizer etc. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Went in, got a wash and got out. Car is now pretty clean.Minor thing, forgot fold the mirrors in before going in. Ended up having to get out and yank it back to place because they were facing outwards away from me. Maybe they could fold it in for me or remind us next time. No big deal tho.

Great service from lot people and manager. My first wash missed the front somehow maybe they just opened and machine needs more calibration. They immediately apologized and offered another free wash. The second wash was perfect. Will come back again!

I had parked my car under a tree for a few hours and the exterior got dirty with bird and tree waste. The waste set on the car overnight. I took it into this new Boundary location and they were able to pre-treat it with some soap in advance of taking it into the car wash. I also had my ski-rack on the roof, and they were able to retract the top roll so that it wouldn't damage it. After some education on what setting my car should be in (auto-stop/auto-off), the car was brought through. In the end, the bird and tree waste was cleaned off, the wheels were pretty shiny, and I was met by the manager at the end to thank us for our patience during the earlier period with the car settings. Great experience, and excellent clean product at the end of it.

The place is a little bit tight, I was confused by the lane to enter the auto wash machine, but realized that because it is hard for a big vehicle to turn. I chose the platinum package, but seems not really worth the 20 dollars. The car is not really shiny after the wash, and my wife even not noticed I washed the car. But the location is good, the service is quick, and there is not a long lineup.

The times listed said that it closes at 8 pm on Wednesday evening. I got here at 7:45pm but it was closed already. When I went to call the number listed it said the number was in service. Pretty frustrating.Update:The team at express auto wash reached out to me and smoothed things over. I appreciate that kind of customer service. Mistakes happen sometimes but they handled it very nicely. Looking forward to going back. I highly recommend.

Very attractive car wash with plenty of LED lights, some that change colour to match the soap. Even the basic wash process seems to dispense soap three times throughout the wash. Found it confusing at the end of the wash, no indicator on when to drive away. Like some have a green light but nothing here The system just kinda leaves you in the dryer, so after a short period, and seeing the next vehicle approaching, I drove away.They don't fold in your side mirrors and don't put a plastic bag over your rear wiper. Had to find somewhere to park on the street and fix the mirrors as the wash exits you immediately onto a side street. The wash result was fine, not perfect as some corners and crevices in the body work weren't reached by the brushes, not as dry as some other drive-thru washes too. But it did an especially good job at the wheels and rims. The rims were almost perfectly clean and free of brake dust.The wash is also right beside a McDonald's so my kids had quite a treat, with an entertaining car wash first and then an ice-cream cone from McDonald's after!

I recently visited Express Auto Wash Boundary and overall had a positive experience. The washing process was thorough and my car came out looking great. However, I did notice that the dryer at the end of the wash cycle didn't seem to be working properly, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I would still recommend Express Auto Wash Boundary for their excellent washing services.

Just went through the Vancouver facility now in my Honda Fit (9pm Feb 16). Purchased the $20 donation option. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Left side brushes washed harder than right side. Lower half of vehicle did not get washed at all. Brushes need to be adjusted slightly. Excellent location though. Halfway between competitors Terminal and Coquitlam locations.

Great service! They sold me their grand opening deal, buy 5 and get 1 free wash. We got the platinum package. However, when we got home, we noticed the car wasn't that clean at all. The car wash missed lots of spots. I don't get how they can missed the front of the car. I can understand the rear bumper locations can be missed as they are tough to get to.

Plenty of flashing lights and fancy water guns. Areas of concern are when I elected to not fold in my mirrors one side was contorted the wrong way during the wash. Another concern was when at the dry station I didn't see a prompt to drive forward. I could have very well allowed the vehicle behind mine to crash right into me. Luckily, I moved forward with my intuition. The drying did not remove enough water from my windshield.It's still a decent wash, just be careful.

NO VACUUMS!!! With all the space they have for this place they have no vacuums so the job gets half done. It's a shame, they missed an opportunity to be a great car wash in this area. I'll be going back to Shine on Terminal, they do it all there and it's a bit cheaper too.

I took my wife car in for a wash. I was directed by a friendly staff member to the machine and paid for a wash. After exiting the car wash, I jumped out and had a quick look. The rear of my car was still dirty, so I swung back around and spoke to a staff member who told me they would put it through again, but that was the last time. This kind of irritated me as I’ve paid for a platinum car wash and my car was still dirty when I pulled back to the front of the car wash this time a different staff member pressure washed the rear of the car. After running through the car wash for a second time, my car was still not very clean. I have attached pictures to show what it was like after two washes.

Car wash works great minus the entrance to it.The left entrance is very tight for a full size vehicle, make sure to use the right entrance when entering the car wash.They should have a sign for this. One of the attendants guided me forward....I was staring at them as I drove forward. My truck ended up rubbing against the pole while I followed their instructions. After that I needed to go back and fourth in order to line up with the carwash. Multiple people working there watched this happen, you would think one of them would come talk to me after.

Do not take your car here if you value you vehicle.I drive a 2002 Honda civic. Sure my car may be 20 years old and that’s fine but after getting my wash done I wanted to admire how good it possibly looked. Got out of my car and my trunk was so scratched I was shocked to say the least. I was furious. Went inside to talk to the manager I guess he was and was told there is no way that his machine did that. I then stated I guess it was magic just to have him say “ya maybe it was magic” to which I said I don’t believe I’m magic. He then stated that there are tons of cameras in the wash and that if there’s ever a problem that they give pictures to Icbc. Odd he said his machines don’t scratch cars but according to his statement about Icbc he has obviously had this problem numerous times before. Whatever you do if you value your vehicle don’t take it here. Also told three people on the way out that were in the lineup what had happened and they put their cars in reverse and left. I will be boycotting this place forever. Horrible customer service

The purpose of the Express Auto Wash Grand Splash Fundraiser was to raise money for Family Services of Greater Vancouver (“FSGV”) as they work to support and empower local individuals and families in the community around us.
During the Grand Splash Fundraiser, Express Auto Wash Boundary offered free Platinum-level car washes (valued at $20 dollars) in exchange for a donation to FSGV with 100% of proceeds going to FSGV.
