To ensure you do not lose any remaining value, please exchange your card before July 31, 2026.
We will verify the remaining value and replace it with a new gift card that is fully compatible with our new system.

Washing your car on the street or on your paved private driveway is actually illegal because the soap and grease runoff gets washed into curb drains and pollutes waterways, according to the City of Vancouver.
Section (68) of the Street and Traffic Bylaw prohibits greasing or repairing vehicles on any street, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency. This includes home car washes. People who break the bylaw could face penalties of up to $375.
The City of Vancouver recommends that residents go to a car wash instead!

We get it; bug smears, bird poop, tree sap, brake dust, and road tar are often difficult to remove from vehicle surfaces – even by hand. If left untreated for extended periods or baking in the sun these stains and damage will compound over time.
If you happen to be experiencing stubborn stains, please talk to one of our attendants and we’ll gladly bring you back through for another wash, free of charge! If that still doesn’t do the trick, then please talk to one of our helpful attendants for other suggestions.
