Undercarriage Rinse
Rinses the undercarriage of vehicles. Delivers high volumes of wash water to the underside of vehicles to remove mud and salt. It’s also used as a rust inhibitor applicator for Rust Repel.
Rust Repel
Rust Repel is a chemical application applied to the underside of the vehicle in the wash process that prevents/reduces rust formation.
Clear Coat
Clear Coat is a treatment that bonds to the vehicle’s clear coat surface for added protection from contaminants, pollutants, acid rain and the sun’s ultra-violet rays.
Loyalty Program
Terms and Conditions
Express Auto Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time.
1. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in the Rewards Program is free.
Customers may enroll by providing a valid mobile phone number at participating Express Auto Wash locations. No physical card or mobile app is required to participate.
Only one rewards account is permitted per customer/mobile phone number.
2. Earning Points
Members earn reward points on qualifying purchases made at participating Express Auto Wash locations.
Points are automatically added to your rewards account after an eligible purchase is completed.
Points have no cash value and may not be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged.
Express Auto Wash reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for points.
3. Reward Redemption
For every 500 points earned, members are eligible to redeem one (1) free Platinum Plus Wash, with an approximate retail value of $29.95.
Rewards may only be redeemed at participating Express Auto Wash locations.
Rewards:
- cannot be redeemed for cash
- cannot be transferred to another person
- cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated
Unused reward points remain in your account subject to these terms.
4. Membership and Unlimited Wash Club Customers
Customers enrolled in an active unlimited wash membership may be subject to separate promotional or rewards eligibility rules.
Express Auto Wash reserves the right to modify how rewards are earned or redeemed for membership-based services.
5. Account Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid mobile phone number.
Express Auto Wash is not responsible for lost rewards resulting from:
- incorrect phone numbers
- duplicate accounts
- system errors outside reasonable control
- customer failure to identify themselves during purchase
6. Reward Expiry
Express Auto Wash reserves the right to expire inactive reward accounts or unused points after a prolonged period of account inactivity.
Any expiry period, if applicable, will be communicated in advance where required by law.
7. Program Changes
Express Auto Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including:
- points earning rates
- redemption thresholds
- reward offerings
- promotional bonuses
- eligibility requirements
Changes may occur at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required by law.
8. Fraud / Abuse
Express Auto Wash may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse, or activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Program.
Any fraud or abuse may result in forfeiture of accumulated rewards.
9. No Cash Value
Reward points and free wash rewards:
- are promotional in nature
- have no cash value
- cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit
10. Privacy
Customer information collected for the Rewards Program will be used to administer the Program, communicate rewards status, and provide promotional offers in accordance with Express Auto Wash’s privacy practices.
By enrolling, you consent to receiving program-related communications, including SMS or email notifications where applicable.
11. Final Interpretation
All decisions regarding eligibility, points, rewards, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be made by Express Auto Wash in its sole discretion and shall be final.
We reserve the right to close due to equipment issues, maintenance, weather conditions or special events.
By entering your information, you agree to receive Text/SMS/in App and email messages that have commercial content from Express Auto Wash, staff members or its representatives. You can unsubscribe at any time from emails you no longer want to receive by emailing us at memberships@expressautowash.ca with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line. With Text/SMS, you can reply with the word ‘STOP’ in the message body to unsubscribe. You can turn push notifications off in the App settings.
